For a productive environment that strikes the perfect work-life balance and inspires creativity, we analyzed daily activities to develop features for the betterment of general well-being: circulation routes for human-space interaction with natural lighting, window views; optimal air quality, colors, and structure; telephone booths and open spaces of varying sizes and forms to accommodate capacity and minimize disturbance; customized mobile office and modularized furniture with greater flexibility for future expansion and adjustments to seating arrangements; a canteen that resembles a food court and a mobile market; large recreational facilities including a pool, gym, and massage room to de-stress; and a lactation room and infirmary fully equipped with the necessities.

By creating a multifunctional and comfortable environment that embraces general well-being, our select green construction materials and open, flexible space are aimed at enhancing efficiency and maximizing ESG performance to achieve a sustainable design with mutual benefits for both company and employees.
